Kettlebell Athletica conducts indoor kettlebell bootcamp training at the Kettlebell Athletica Training Center in Prahran. Each workout combines cardio, strength and flexibility, designed to burn fat, increase strength, and boost your fitness level like never before.

KETTLEBELL TRAINING is a time-tested system of total-body strength and endurance training.
 
It is a traditional Russian exercise method, dating back 300 years, which has long been a favorite by those seeking a special edge in strength and endurance, including many Russian Olympic champions, both male and female alike. The Spetznaz, or Soviet Special Forces, owe much of their wiry strength, explosive agility, and never quitting stamina to these superior tools.

Who should try the Kettlebell Athletica Bootclamp?
The Kettlebell Athletica Boot Camp is designed for ALL fitness levels. Thanks to our close attention to each boot camp participant, we can carefully modify your workout to your current fitness level. It is that simple! We will vary the intensity and exercises to make your workout more challenging. New to kettlebell training and/or fitness? No problem! We'll give you somewhat easier exercises until you're ready to step it up. We've trained a variety of people, from people new to fitness to athletes.

Here are just a few of the components of Kettlebell Athleticas Boot Camps:
 
Joint Mobility Training
Each of the KBA Boot Camps starts with a warm-up session of joint mobility training. Joint mobility will teach you a sequence of drills, designed to strengthen, protect and improve your joint health from head to toe through range of motion. Properly learned joint mobility movements can restore complete freedom of motion to the ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, neck, elbows, wrists and fingers. Your ability to move correctly is essential to improving your overall fitness level.
 
Kettlebell Training with Proper Form and Technique
Kettlebell Athletica Boot Camp trainers emphasize proper form and technique with each and every exercise. They will take the time and energy necessary to focus on your particular weaknesses and help you overcome shortfalls. In addition to helping you burn fat and get stronger, we also want your body to function and move properly, proper technique will help you do that.
 
High Intensity Training
Kettlebell Athletica Boot Camps involve both High Intensity Training and Interval Training to maximize the efficiency of your time spent working out. These training methods involve high intensity bursts of exercise, meaning rapid gains in strength, endurance, and fat loss for you.
 
Personal Attention
Kettlebell Athletica’s Boot Camp trainers will keep an eye on your progress. In addition, each session will provide boot camp trainers with information regarding your form, technique, and fitness level, all of which will be used to provide a more challenging and efficient workout.
 
No two workouts are the same - constant variation and challenges
The fitness boot camp using a variety of methods to get you into shape. While kettlebell training is the primary fitness tool, Kettlebell Athletica’s boot camp trainers will also use other implements and training methods, including sandbags, ropes, body weight exercises, the torsonator, interval training, and more to get you into shape fast, allowing you to burn fat, get leaner, stronger, and fitter faster. Kettlebell Athletica will also host free Kettlebell Athletica fitness competition challenges on a regular basis which will allow you to test your fitness level.
 
Nutritional Guidelines
When you sign up for the Kettlebell Athletica Boot Camp, you will also be provided with Nutritional Guidelines.
 
 
Bootcamp class schedule:
6:15 am Monday,Wednesday and Friday
7:00 pm Wednesday
8:30 am Saturday
Participants can participate in just 1 or all 5 bootcamp sessions a week.
All participants are expected to arrive on time
 
What do I need to bring?
We’ll provide all the equipment you will need. All you need to bring is a bottle of water and a towel.
 
Can I try a class before joining the bootcamp program?
