KBA Training System
Small Group Training
 
All Kettlebell Athletica’s Small Group Personal Training Classes are 45 minutes and designed to cater for all levels. The Kettlebell Athletica Introduction session and/or small group orientation which is a prerequisite before attending our regular group classes below. All group personal training classes are available by appointment only. Participants must pre-register prior to participating in our classes. You can pre-register online up to 1 hour prior to when a class starts or alternatively you can call us on 9521 5588 and leave a message.
 
Class Descriptions
 
KBA Small Group Orientation
In this class you will learn the basic elements of traditional Kettlebell movement patterns. focusing on proper alignment, posture, and the connection between the mind, movement, muscle and breath. Improve your fitness and general well being while learning traditional kettlebell moves like the swing, clean, press, squat, Turkish getup and Windmill. Build the skills for a better body. KBA Circuit 
Kettlebell Athletica circuit is a challenging, fun and effective training program like no other. In this timed sets class you will be taken through a series of kettlebell exercises that can burn fat, increase your fitness, strength, endurance, balance and coordination. You will get lean, toned and strong without the bulk as well as develop incredible functional core strength.
 
KBA Bootcamp
In this class you will use kettlebells and other unique training equipment not found in standard gyms like ropes, sleds and the torsonator in combination with plyometrics, body weight exercises and high octane drills that will get you leaner, stronger and fitter faster.
 
KBA Girls
KBA Girl Power Bootcamp. Experience the world of Kettlebell Athletica Women! KBA Girls Camp is designed specifically for women, looking to get lean, toned, trim and strong without the bulk as well as develop incredible functional core strength. In this class you will be taken through a series of kettlebell exercises and sequences that will burn fat, increase your fitness, strength, endurance, balance and coordination.
4 weeks, 2 x classes per week. Total 8 classes. $149
